In line with our commitment to streamline the process of ordering, parts search, and obtaining fitment instructions and specifications cards for our dealer network, we have recently published a new K-Tech Australia online store. This site appears as a mirror image of the K-Tech UK website with the following key features:
Updated inventory linked to Australian warehouse stock levels so you can see what’s here, now, to allow realistic estimates for job turnaround times
The option to use your Australian dealer log in (instructions on how to do this are below) to view K-Tech product at dealer price in AUD, both inc. and excl. GST
A handy bike finder tool so you can find all the available K-Tech products for a given machine quickly and easily. You can also see all the other models that a given part will fit by clicking the tab ‘this part fits to’ in the box under a selected K-Tech product
A one stop shop with all fitment instructions and specs cards available from K-Tech UK (previously located on SharePoint) N.B. these official service notes are not available to the public so you must log in as a dealer to view and download them
Dealer Login Instructions
All dealers have already been set up with a trade account on the new K-Tech Australia store. To access your dealer log in simply visit the homepage at https://www.ktechaustralia.com/
Then click ‘Store’ button and go to the top right-hand corner and click the ‘log in’ button
Click the ‘forgot password’ button and then enter your email address (the one we use to contact you with Order Acknowledgements). If you’re not sure what it is, just call 03 8786 4766 or send us a message at sales@ktechaustralia.com).
Your password will be reset and you can use the new password to log in and start enjoying the store! Why not try it for your next order, we think you’ll be pleasantly surprised by how easy it is!
Important information:
Any dealers currently on terms will have this reflected in the checkout process (i.e. no need to enter a credit card to finalise an order)

Delivery cut off times:
To maintain our commitment to delivering great customer service to all our dealers Nationwide we would like to reiterate that the cut off time for same day shipping is 2pm AEST. Any orders received online via email or through the website, or over the phone, after 2pm AEST will be placed on the freight list for the following day, irrespective of whether you already have an order in the pipeline at the time. This cut off has had to be implemented due to the volume of sales that are admin team are having to process by end of day. We thank you for your understanding on this point and look forward to continue providing unmatched customer service in the motorcycle industry!
