Wayne bails then prevails in ASBK Round 1

Wayne Maxwell showed a dominant force at ASBK round #1, setting a new track lap record, then led race one by a few seconds when the front went from underneath him to finish with a DNF. In Race 2, Wayne kept his cool to finish P1, a well-deserved win for Craig McMartin on his Birthday

Some notable results for the weekend include Tom Bramich who showed great pace on the 600. Daniel Falzon finishing 5th on the ladder returning from injuries obtained at the Bend in 2021.
Joe Mariniello secured his first podium before heading overseas to race, and Cameron Dunker is always strong in the 30 class, now 4th on the standings for the Super sport 300 class

Marcus Hamod secured 2nd in the bLU cRU class after a sensational ride!
Overall, the weather was great for round #1, even the Geese showed up to watch the races.
